I am missing....
HOME!!
gosh! it not even a week and i'm already missing everything home!
its not like its the first or second time leaving home but this time.. its a long long time more before i get to hit home again! so, thats lots of difference!!
let me explain..
i'll only get all these 'luxuries' again when i get home.. which is around more than half a year to go!
and for the first time ever..
I, Christina, appreciate the SUN!
yeap. 'matahari'
its so cold here that i shiver every morning, evening and night that most of the time i can't even get to bed without cuddling up! which if i was back in Malaysia, i would be in the shortest pants i could ever find, sleeveless and obviously with the air-conditioner on which causes Global warming. yeah.. i know..
but here?
I would wear 2 layers of thick long sleeve shirts, long pants, socks and even have to get under 2 blankets just to get warm!
see the difference now?
and guess what is even worst?
the sun is not like the sun back home at all!!
you get the sunLIGHT here but there is no heat from it!!
NO HEAT at all!!
so even if i was standing in the sun for more than 2 hours at 1pm in the afternoon when the sun is the hottest.. it would only make my legs tired! and my energy level to go down which is *no effect at all*
and another thing is
the sun goes down at around 5pm now! as it is winter here
its all dark before 6pm so i feel like sleeping at 9pm! which is soooo wrong!
i can't sleep at that time just because its dark... rite?!
well, I sleep at 2am back home! so how could I?
its like i am 'turning into a koala!!'
no wonder koalas' live here..
shops close really early here too..
so to Malaysians and Singaporiens..
[sad case] for you as there will be no shopping till late night here
unless its a Friday
also known as 'Friday night fever'
most shops are closed on Sats and Suns.
which is another [sad case]
to those with have trouble uploading pictures and videos into the computer..
no harm done if you are living here

cos you have quota's for downloading every month!!

how could they?
its FREE in Malaysia!
we can dwl as much as we want back home
and.. I miss the Malaysian FOOD!!
yeap! i used to skip lunch at home but now.. i yearn for it!
I need ice-kacang!! *plus the hot weather even if i need to pay for it*
looks like i am that desperate for the HOT SUN!
I miss tai-ee's cooking too!
okay.. i think thats enough torture here
but overall,
Perth is still super!
the air is way way way... cleaner than back home
not to say that its all dusty in m'sia but guess the heat does makes some difference
plus!
the people working in shops are always polite..
plus plus!!
the elder folks always seems to smile here!
i wonder why..
a shout out to all young people

if not.. you lose to the elderly!
